How long will it take my piece to arrive?

Please allow up to four weeks for your order to be dispatched. However, the majority of orders will be shipped in several business days. You will receive tracking information right away when your order is shipped.

How will my painting be packaged?

Original paintings are packaged securely with glassine paper and cushioning material.

What is the policy on returns?

Since my work is custom, we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that your painting is damaged in transit, we will provide either a refund, or depending on the nature of the damage, offer to repair the painting.

What happens if my painting is damaged in transit?

If your painting arrives with damages, please take photos and/or videos of the damages so we can supply this to the shipping service for insurance.
